Terms and Policy:
- Comment with your valid email address only if you are 100% sure of purchasing the item and able to make payment according to the required payment dateline.
- Items are sold on a first PAY first serve basis.
- There will be no reservation of items.
- Items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGABLE unless cases where the item is defective and an exchange could be done on the same item. We examine this on a case by case basis. Please kindly note that extra thread that comes out from a top/dress is not considered defective.
- All prices are FIXED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- We DO NOT provide meetups.
- Strictly no deadbuyers! Kindly have the courtesy to email us within 24 hours if you wish to backout on any item(s).
- For further enquires, feel free to direct your queries/doubts to our primary email address at whoodesiree@gmail.com.
- Kindly check your email regularly after leaving comments. We try our very best to ensure prompt replies at all times.
Payment Processing:
- We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC atm funds transfers and internet banking only.
- We DO NOT accept interbank transfers.
- We DO NOT accept concealed cash.
Delivery Charges:
- Normal mail/Registered mail only. Registered mail is strongly recommended.
- We will not be responsible for any lost/damaged normal mails should you not opt
for registered mail.
- Items would be mailed out within 1-2 days once payment is received and verified.
- Kindly take note that all registered mailing would be done on MONDAY and FRIDAY only.
- Please kindly refer to www.singpost.com.sg for postage charges.
Normal postage charges -
$1-$1.50 per item ( postage charges will fluctuate according to the weight of parcel.)
Registered postage charges -
an additional of $2.24 on top of normal postage charge.
